- Puri: Puri, a home to Lord Vishnu. It holds great importance while doing the Char Dham yatra. Puri is located on the coast of the Bay of Bengal. Generally, people like to stay near New Marine drive or Chakra Tirtha. In June – July the rath yatra takes place which should not be missed if you have planned to visit here in these months. There are other places also which can be visited like Puri beach, Gundicha Ghar, etc.
Connectivity: You can reach this place easily as it is well connected to other parts of the country. If you are coming by airplane the closest airport is in Bhubaneshwar.

visit this place from October to April.
- Rameshwaram: Rameshwaram, located on a beautiful island is another important place in Char Dham yatra. It is known as the bridge on the Indian ocean. Here people worship Lord Shiva also. This place has the longest corridor in the world.
Connectivity: This place has good connectivity from other parts of the country. The nearest airport to this place is Madurai and Tuticorin.

visit: October to April is the best time to visit this
place.
- Dwarka: Dwarka, situated in Gujarat is on the western side of the country. This place also holds n importance while doing Char Dham yatra. This temple is dedicated to Lord Krishna. It is in the heart of the city. This temple is known as Mokshapuri because those who want to attain moksha come to this temple.
Connectivity: This place has good connectivity with other places in the country. The nearest airport is Jamnagar.
Best time to visit: This place welcomes tourists throughout the year because the weather is always pleasant here.
